For 30 years, L’Érablière Tem-Sucre has been processing and distributing maple products throughout the region. Hugo Lévesque and Valérie Paquin seized the opportunity to acquire Érablière Lapierre de Laniel, part of Temiscamingue’s cultural heritage. The pleasures of the sugaring-off season will be perpetuated with a traditional experience, a menu exploring the thousand facets of maple and activities to please everyone.
