The population of Moffet and its many vacationers are delighted with the reopening of their restaurant. A graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec, Samuel Parent-Baillargeon, a native of Moffet, opened the doors of La Hutte on March 11. In addition to his quality canteen menu and his specialty poutines and pizzas, the restaurateur offers private events and gourmet dinners.
